The Definity Callmaster VI is an ultra compact system about the size of a VHS cassette. The Callmaster 6 has a Direct connection link to the COM port of a PC and Supplied Velcro strips for attachment to your PC or monitor.
The Callmaster VI has Call, Release, Hold, Transfer, Conference, Drop buttons and the Definity Agent features: After call work, Auxiliary work, Auto-In, Manual-In and Release.
The Callmaster 6 supports all Definity administered features, including VuStats, Playback of up to 6 prerecorded agent announcements, Operating buttons for continued use even if the PC fails, Dialing from Telephony Application Program Interface (TAPI) compatible PC applications using CentreVu Agent (available in 7 languages).
